Client Responsibilities
Delivering correct, full, and on time resources as needed to carry out work on the project.
Respond to all approval requests, feedback and requests without delay.
All content, data and materials provided do not violate any laws or third party rights.
If the client delays the provision of required materials or approvals, this may affect the date of delivery of the work.
Payments & Billing

Payments must be made to Webzent Technologies via approved payment methods only
All invoices must be paid as per the agreed milestone or payment schedule
Third-party payment collections are not authorized
Non-Payment PolicyFailure to make timely payments may result in:
Stoppage of services and support
Temporary or permanent project hold
Withholding of deliverables until dues are cleared
Webzent reserves the right to terminate services in case of prolonged non-payment.Chargeback ProtectionThe acts we consider ‘unauthorized’ are payments disputed for any reason, chargebacks of funds paid, and disputed payments. These actions lead to your service being suspended until we understand why they occurred. In addition, we may also seek other legal recovery methods including but not limited to, recovering our operational expenses, damages caused from the unauthorized action, and incurred administrative fees.
