Client Responsibilities
Delivering correct, full, and on time resources as needed to carry out work on the project.
- Respond to all approval requests, feedback and requests without delay.
- All content, data and materials provided do not violate any laws or third party rights.
If the client delays the provision of required materials or approvals, this may affect the date of delivery of the work.
Payments & Billing
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made to Webzent Technologies via approved payment methods only
- All invoices must be paid as per the agreed milestone or payment schedule
- Third-party payment collections are not authorized
- Stoppage of services and support
- Temporary or permanent project hold
- Withholding of deliverables until dues are cleared
