Refund Policy
Termination Clause
The client may terminate our services after providing a written 15-day notice for each service that is being terminated. All completed work and any associated costs incurred from the beginning of service until termination shall be due upon termination.
Termination by WEBZENT
WEBZENT has the sole discretion to terminate services based on non-payment, breach of the terms and conditions we agreed to, the service being misused by the client or lack of co-operation from the client with respect to the project.
Notice Period
The standard notice period will be 15 days unless we have previously agreed to a different period in writing.
Outstanding Amounts
The client shall pay to WEBZENT all outstanding amounts which are currently due and owing including all owed third-party costs and all completed milestone payments prior to termination being completed.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Final website or app deliverables
- Visual designs and content created specifically for the project
- Webzent Ownership
- Internal frameworks, tools and processes used for development.
- All pre-existing code, libraries or systems used by us to develop your project.
- All third-party software or plug-in tools that have been assigned to the project.
- The hosting server, CMS data libraries or databases and back-end infrastructures will remain the property of Webzent.
Confidentiality
Webzent Technologies will keep all client’s confidential information confidential; this will include, but is not limited to, client data, credentials, valuables provided/member materials, strategic information shared during the project.
It is also agreed that the client will keep Webzent’s proprietary systems confidential, proprietary pricing model, framework, internal documentation, and development processes.
All parties agree that the Terms & Conditions document shall serve as a mutual confidential agreement between all parties unless stated differently.
Cookies and Tracking Policy
Restrictions Related to the Use of Website
- Users of the website agree not to do any of the following prohibited acts:
- Without the owner’s permission, copy, reproduce or redistribute any content from the website.
- Use automated software to scrape, extract data or crawl the website.
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the functionality of the website.
- Misuse any part of the website for fraudulent, malicious or illegal purposes.

Project Timeline
Timelines provided for project delivery are estimates based on the scope of the project and client cooperation throughout the project.
In the event that there are delays caused by the client (for example, late feedback from the client, having materials not provided, or delays in getting approval), these delays could result in a new timeline for delivery without any liability to Webzent.
If a project remains inactive for thirty consecutive days because the client has not responded in any way, the project will be archived. Reactivating the project may require adjustments to timelines and/or additional restart fees.
Data & Backups
- While Webzent may perform routine backups, we do not guarantee data recovery
- We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, cyber incidents, or third-party issues
Limitation of Liability
- Data loss, revenue loss, or loss of opportunities
- Business interruption or delay
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Marketing performance or other business results
